From the start, he understood that productivity should never come at the expense of quality—an approach that continues to define his work today.
His career path expanded into welding, where his precision and eye for detail found another outlet to shine. Eventually, Adam returned to construction with a renewed passion, taking on remodeling and home-flipping projects that combined his technical skills with his creative vision.
Driven by a calling to build something greater, Adam founded Impact Construction—a company rooted in his faith, built on integrity, and dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life. Whether designing custom spaces, reworking layouts, or delivering one-of-a-kind finishes, Adam thrives on a challenge. His specialties include custom cabinetry and trim work, but there’s truly no detail beyond his capability.
Outside of work, Adam is a devoted family man who treasures quality time and meaningful moments with his loved ones. His commitment to excellence, both on and off the job site, is the foundation of everything Impact Construction represents.
